Sposarsi in Toscana

Getting married in Tuscany where you can live unforgettable experiences

Tuscany is a unique land in the world, made up of harmonies and contrasts, traditions and memories, whose identity lies in its symbols, such as the cypress trees, the hills, the ancient white roads and the flavours of the past. Tuscany is the destination par excellence where to organize unique and unforgettable weddings and events. It will be for the beauty and tranquility of the landscape, the contact with nature, the castles, the historic villas, the farmhouses, the luxury resorts, the villages like San Gimignano with its towers, Pienza, Montalcino and Montepulciano, the Abbey of San Galgano… for wine and good food. A mix that makes this land the ideal place to celebrate love in all its forms.  Each place fascinates and lends itself to experiencing any type of ceremony, religious, civil or symbolic, in an evocative and exciting way.  It isn’t a coincidence that many Italian couples, but especially foreign ones, decide to get married in Tuscany, which they consider the ideal wedding destination for holidays full of experiences in contact with nature, “trips” in art and history, moments of relax, all accompanied by excellent gastronomy. The hills of Chianti, Val d’Orcia and Val d’Elsa… with their changing colors from season to season, make it the perfect destination for any couple who wants to celebrate love and make their wedding day an unforgettable and unique experience

The Elopement of Giovanni and Skye celebrated in the Abbey of San Galgano and in the medieval setting of San Gimignano

Giovanni and Skye, a young couple from Milan, have always imagined the wedding in Tuscany and chose me as wedding planner and designer so that I could make their Dream come true. Together we thought of a beautiful “journey” that led us to explore and experience places of irresistible charm such as the Abbey of San Galgano, in the Val d’Orcia, not far from the medieval village of Chiusdino (Siena), where they decided to get married with a civil ceremony, while in San Gimignano, in the Val d’Elsa, they celebrated the wedding day. It was an elopement, a very intimate wedding in which the two daughters also took part: an emotional wedding that also involved tourists who discreetly visited the Abbey of San Galgano, known throughout the world for being an evocative medieval open-air church, a masterpiece of Italian Gothic architecture. Immersed in the green countryside of Siena  it is a place rich in history and charm, founded in 1218 by Cistercian monks. Its structure is unique: a nave without roof that lets in natural light, creating a magical and spiritual atmosphere. Next to the deconsecrated church is the Hermitage of Montesiepi, where the famous Sword in the Stone, a symbol of faith and legend, is preserved. This historic and legendary setting makes San Galgano an extraordinary location for wedding planning.
